It looks like the legal battle between Tracy Morgan and Walmart is about to get ugly. According to CBS, the retail corporation responded to the 30 Rock star’s lawsuit on Monday by filing papers that claimed his injuries were a result of failing to wear a seat belt. Morgan and other victims sued Walmart this summer following the June 2 accident that left them badly injured and one man dead. They accused Walmart of negligence for allegedly allowing a truck driver to operate a vehicle after he hadn’t slept for more than 24 hours.
